The girls have been really into "Fuller House," the sequel to "Full House" from when I was a kid. They have been fascinated with San Francisco and were begging to go. I can't pass up a good trip, so we took them for Spring Break. San Francisco is a really beautiful place with some really cool things to do!
First stop: The Golden Gate Bridge
Lots of shopping in random little shops.
Liv picked out these handcuffs all on her own. Silly kid!
Addi really wanted to try an oyster...
Alcatraz
This was really neat. I admit that I was the only one who really wanted to go to Alcatraz, but the kids ended up really liking it! The audio tour was excellent and the kids really got into it. It was one of Addi's favorite places!
Curious if we are related to this Warden Swope??
It was a complete downpour on the ferry ride back, but Addi insisted on riding outside in the front. She was soaked by the time we got back to the dock but she had a great time!
"The Painted Ladies"
This was the stop the girls were the most excited about. They were convinced that they could find D.J.'s house, and they think that they did :)
Chinatown
Aquarium at the Bay
Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum
Lombard Street: One of America's crookedest streets
Fisherman's Wharf
Lunch at Joe's Crab Shack
A trip to San Francisco wouldn't be complete without checking out the famous trolleys!
All in all we had a great trip and are looking forward to our next adventure...wherever that may be!
