England and Paris!

Dave felt bad that our England and Paris trip was cancelled (stupid COVID!!), so he booked us a couple of rooms at Destinations Inn. The girls enjoyed their Paris themed room, and Dave and I enjoyed the England themed room! Not exactly the same as a vacation to Europe, but it was a nice distraction from all of the COVID lockdown restrictions!

Girls Camp!

Taggart Lake

The hike for girls camp this year was Taggart Lake...at least for most of the group! Me, Addi and Shaunna somehow took a wrong turn and were separated from the rest of the group. We ended up doing the Bradley-Taggart loop instead, for an extra 2 miles! Oops! It did make for a great topic during testimony meeting later that week (stay on the path..). Haha!

 

Liv ended the week with an ankle injury after she attempted to go down the slide while it was wet. She did NOT land it! Quick trip to get an x-ray. It wasn't fractured, but she still got to wear a splint and then a walking boot for several weeks.
