Park City Couples Getaway

This was our first annual couples getaway with our friends from Twin Falls. It was so great to see everyone and get to spend an entire weekend catching up! We stayed in a cabin in Park City...

and visited the Park City Olympic Park...

Although everyone is smiling here, there were a few who refused to participate in anything height related. By a few, I mean Cody ;)

 

 

  This ropes course was terrifying! I wanted to quit as soon as I stepped off the first platform, but finished the lower course. Everyone else continued on with the upper course too. I have never been afraid of heights, but this kind of got to me!

Good old face swap is always good for a laugh!

So glad we were able to go this year! 

Already looking forward to next years shenanigans!

Dave's New Truck!

We saw this truck in the 4th of July Parade and loved it! Dave has been wanting a truck for as long as I can remember and our student life didn't really allow for it. Now that we are both done/nearly done with school, we finally decided we could afford it! He absolutely loves it and I'm so glad he was finally able to buy one! He has worked hard and really deserves it!

4th of July

 I didn't take very many pictures this year, but we did make it to the parade to watch Marley and Bentley. Paul Davis did a float with a "burning" house and Marley and Bentley were the firefighters. Super cute!

 We were also able to meet up with some of our friends from our time in North Carolina. They were passing through on their way back home to Washington State and decided to stop and say hello. It's always good to see the Bird's!
