This trip was a long time in the making! I gave Julia a "coupon" for Christmas that was good for a RT flight + hotels to anywhere she wanted to go, as long as I got to tag along! She wanted to see "Wicked" so I suggested why not on Broadway?? We were able to spend several days in New York City, just the two of us... We had SO MUCH FUN!!
We of course had to try some authentic NYC pizza! As always, it was delicious!!
We were able to get RUSH tickets to see Les Miserables...which has been on my bucket list for a long time! It was AMAZING!! We ended up getting box seats for super cheap (like 20 bucks?!?) and had a great view of the show!
And of course we saw Wicked! Also incredible! I am always in awe of how much talent some people have! I would love to be able to sing or dance like they do, let alone sing AND dance!!

Phantom of the Opera! This set was unbelievable! You could actually hear the audience gasp when the curtains were raised!
Always good to get away, but even better to come home and know that you were missed! Thankful I was able to take this girls trip, and looking forward to many more in the future!
